COMPLETE Merchant Services are typically not offered by Web Developers. tKG is keenly aware of the expense of not only eCommerce in the online world but in the store front and back offices of physical businesses. It is for this reason we researched merchant services in the summer of 2009 and negotiated an exclusive contract with- in our opinion- the most reputable company in the U.S. In the fall of 2009 we began offering this service to our existing clients, and most took immediate advantage of the extra savings. To date tKG clients have saved an average of 17% of their profit, keeping that money previously leaving their pockets every month right where it belongs- in their pockets. Hundreds of thousands of dollars saved every year. Not one client has cancelled this service with us.

MOTO means Mail Order/Telephone Order, a term from the “old days” before the Internet and simply meant that the card was not present when charged. Today, it encompasses even the Internet side of merchant services but some clients have no eCommerce capabilities on their sites but still process credit cards in their business billing department. For this, our clients have their own comprehensive online terminal they can use to to process transactions. Here’s the KEY: These clients no longer have to rent, lease or purchase equipment. Nor do they have to pay higher fees associated with “keying” in transactions “on the machine.” The savings are often incredible. Our average monthly fees for the online terminal is $8.00. Other standard fees apply but they are lower than your existing fees — guaranteed.
