Disclaimers and PoliciesSome straight talk :)

The Kadden Group (tKG) believes in straight talk and we like to avoid corporatism as much as possible. You are a person, we are people too. We try to keep it as close to a handshake as possible. The following are some policies and answers to questions that frequently come up in the course of starting any new business relationship.

Who We Work For/With

tKG DesigntKG reserves the right to refuse services to any individual(s) and, or company. We engage in our work selectively.

We devote a tremendous amount of energy in understanding the ins and outs of each business we work for in order to best guide the process, the end product and especially to make recommendations for options most of our clients don’t know exist in the ever-expanding web world.

Hosting

HostingAll packages with a database driven site require Hosting to be with The Kadden Group for a term of no less than three years UNLESS otherwise specified or agreed to.

Our Hosting packages are competitive and to your benefit. Hosting is discussed and agreed to up front with full disclosure.

We require our hosting because most of the sites we build are high functioning, database driven websites. Databases are within our hosting platform and built in a live format. In nearly all cases, database driven sites are constructed where they are hosted.

Payment

Our prices are already discounted, so unless otherwise specified, payment is due before work is scheduled.

Custom Website plans sometimes include a “half down, half on completion” clause but it is specified.

Site Content

ContentThis is a very good thing to clarify. Content is key. Content is everything. Content is strategy. Some clients come to us with pre-existing content from another site or from what they have already worked out, some think they know what they want and some have no idea where to start. We understand, it can feel like pressure. It is in the end your site. Ultimately, the outline of the site’s content, the content on each page and the images pertaining to your content, products, logo, etc. need to be provided by you, the owner of the site/business. But hold on, hold on… We have options for you.

This is where are business consulting comes in. We are very good at absorbing your business and applying it to the Internet in a relevant manner. So, should you decide you need help with this, just ask us about our Business to Web Add On which is specifically geared to getting your business to your website.

Cancelation

72 hour cancelation window is all we can afford. We schedule work, so it’s very tight and our time is dedicated strictly.

How long does it take to complete the job?

Image DescriptionObviously, it does depend on the size of the site, the functions, features, Add Ons, etc. but on average from start to completion is about two weeks or less. This is not a rule, but an average. We schedule the start time, notify you when work begins and update you throughout.
